U-pick flowers work very similarly to other u-pick crops, like apples or berries. It's all about the experience on the farm. You get a container, meander through the field or orchard, and harvest what you like along the way.
We offer a wide variety of blooms, including focal flowers and fillers for beautiful bouquets.
What's available will depend on the season and what's currently in bloom when you arrive. The field changes all season long as plants go through their growing cycles, so visit often!
We'll provide you with a bucket and snips to collect the flowers you choose, plus give you some helpful hints for harvesting. The experience is hands-on and allows you to connect with nature, enjoy the beauty of the farm, and create your own custom fresh-cut bouquets.
Once you've finished harvesting your flowers, you can transfer your "Bloom Bouquet" to a plastic cup to take home. The cup should fit in your car's cup holder for easy transport!
Or you can upgrade to the "Container Experience" where you'll pick from our wall of vases and other fun containers, then grab a spot at the workstation to arrange your beautiful custom bouquet. We can help if you'd like - or not. It's all up to you! Need a few more blooms or a special focal flower for your arrangement? With the Container Experience you can go back to the field and collect what you need.
Want a larger amount of flowers? Choose our "Bucket of Blooms" option. This is perfect for creating multiple bouquets for DIY flowers for a wedding, baby shower, or other special event.
